At Bacca Bucci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

  Ensure the product is unused, with all original tags attached and the brand box intact, then pack it securely in a shipping mailer.

  Free Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5 business days.
